Our products include, among others technologies for quality data acquisition and visualization, host computer technology, warehouse control systems and the flashing of vehicle control units.

For our office we are looking for an

Assistance (m/f/d)

full-time (40h)

Your
CHALLENGES

You support the CEO in general administrative activities

You are involved in personnel processing and applicant management

You compile the documents for payroll accounting

You are familiar with accounting in Lexware or Lexoffice

You are responsible for national and international correspondence (by phone and in person) with external business partners

You assist with the preparation of quotations and invoices in German and English

You ensure the fulfillment of your own and assigned tasks, taking into account given deadlines

Your tasks also include collecting, checking, analyzing and consolidating information as the basis for memos, correspondence, reports and presentations for the CEO


Your
QUALIFICATIONS

You have a commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable, higher-level qualification)

You have several years of professional experience in assistance and office organization

The highest level of discretion in dealing with confidential information is a matter of course for you

You enjoy communication and dealing with people

You are a team player and enjoy working in an agile environment

You are experienced in working with MS Office 365 etc.

You are able to think outside the box and take a structured approach to your work

You are inquisitive and continuously learn technological innovations

Very good German and preferably very good English round off your profile
